3.It has damper device , it can regulate closing by quickly closing and slowly closing two stages, and the quickly closing time and the slowing closig time can regulate , it can prevent the dump or blower fan from reversing or the overload hammer pressure, in order to protect the system safety.
4 As it has no weight on the shaft, in the open position, all forces of the disk is balance, it can reduce the flow resistance.
